One on One Training-   $40-50(1hr) Just you and the trainer- no one
else.  Training must last a minimum of 1 month to receive $40.00 session.

Workouts with a Partner- $30 per person (1hr) Share the cost with a
friend, twice the fun and motivation.  

Small Group Training- $12 per person (45min.) 3 people min. 4
people max.

Introduction to Weight Training- $55 (4hr's total) Learn how to
work out properly and effectively.  Or, spruce up your current work out, by
learning new exercises.

Cardiovascular Training-  $35 (40min) Maybe the cardio routine
you're doing now isn't working for you, or you're in training for a marathon.

1/2 hour training- $20 An intense fast paced workout for people on the

Older Adult Strength & Balance- 1/2 hr.$20 A great class to stop the

In Home Training- $65-75 depending on commute time.(1hr)  NO

.  Great for people that work at home, or stay at home moms.

Wedding package- 12 sessions, 6 weeks  Includes nutrition
Get ready to look great for the big day by toning your trouble zones.

Golf Conditioning- $55-75 Condition your body to prevent injury,
strengthen key muscles to swing stronger and farther.  
Includes: stretching and strengthening exercises, posture analysis, balance
testing, and flexibility testing.

Fitness Consult/Checkup- $50 (once a month) For those of you who
already workout and want to recharge your fitness routine and need more
guidance with nutrition.  I can redesign your workout to make it more effective
for you.  

Nutritional Guidance- $50 a month (twice a month for 4 months)  
Includes: Nutrition adjustments, weight check, body fat analysis, weight
training and cardiovascular program.

Online Training- $20 a month (4 tailored workouts, and nutrition
counseling) Everything is emailed to you.  Very economical and great for stay
at home moms.  It doesn't matter where you like to workout, I can create an
effective workout, where you will see results in just a few weeks.

Trouble scheduling appointments?  With online training you workout when it's
convienent for you.

Don't have access to a gym?  Workout at home

Maybe the routine you do now is not getting you where you want to be.  I can
