Do you offer any discounts for purchasing more than
one session at a time?
Sometimes specials are offered, but my prices are kept low intentionally,
this allows more people to be able to afford training.
How many sessions a week do you recommend?
For maximum benefit, I recommend clients train 2-3 times a week with
additional cardio in between sessions with me. If this is not possible, more
cardio will be incorporated into your program with me at the studio. For
minimum benefit 1 session a week is possible to see results as long as you
supplement your session at Infinite Fitness with additional training either in
your home or at a gym.
How long does it take to see results?
Results can happen in as little as 4 weeks! Typically if the client follows the
nutritional advice I have given them, does cardio 2-3 times a week and
comes in as scheduled, noticeable results are seen in 7-8 weeks. Keep in
mind results can vary depending on genetics, your present physical
condition and your history with exercise. (How well you adapt)
What's included in the training price?
Initial consultation, body fat and weight analysis, food log analysis, 1 hour
session, recipes, and bottled water. (if you forget to bring one.)
What happens when I have to cancel my appointment?
Sessions need to be cancelled at least 18 hours in advance. If not, you are
responsible for paying for the session. In some cases we can reschedule
you for another time during the week, then you will not be charged for the
session. The charge will be dropped due to extreme circumstances.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
As of right now, Infinite Fitness only accepts Personal checks and cash, and
clients pay for at least a week training up front.
